To start using our Business Report App, you can do the following:

• Register if you're not a member, or login if you're a member already
• Wait till your company add you to their Employees' lists
• Click the "Accept" button to accept your company's request
• Click the "Manage Report" button to share as many reports as possible with your company
• It's as simple as that

Your data is very paramount and important to us, we make sure it's strictly protected with our latest technologies. Most of your information are encrypted and can't been read by anybody, not even us, except you and those you give permission to. Please check out Our Policy for more information.

It's very easy to share your daily, weekly or Business Reports with your company, all you have to do is:

• Go to your Dashboard here
• "Accept" your company's request
• Click on "Manage Report"
• Then in the new page, click on the "Add Report" button
• Fill in the your information and click on the "Continue"button
• Once you're done, you will see that your report has been shared and arranged accordingly
• You can also Update and Delete your reports too

Whenever a company send you a request to join their team, you will receive a notification via email and you will see a popped up alert in your dashboad asking if you want to accept or decline their request.

By clicking "Accept" means you're ready to join their team

By clicking "Decline" means you're not interested in joining their team

Here are simple ways to Edit your Personal Information:

• Click on your avatar at the top-right corner of the Business Report App
• Select "Account Settings", or click here
• In the new page, get authenticated and click "Account Settings"
• In the "Account Setting" page, update your information and change your avatar
• After wish, you're good to go

It's very easy to share your suggestions with your company publicly or anonymously.

• Click the gear icon in your Dashboard Report Sheet
• Select Suggestion Box
• Choose your name or Anonymous
• then submit your suggestions
• that's all

• Click the gear icon in your Dashboard Report Sheet
• Select Customer Telephone Directory (CTD)
• Enter customers details
• then submit your customer's details
• Boom! you're all set

• Click the gear icon in your Dashboard Report Sheet
• Select "Customers Review"
• Copy the generated link, and share with your customers
• Once they submit their reviews, you will be notified via email
• After customers have shared their reviews, reload the same page, you will see their reviews

Yes, you can add as many administrators as possible to your report sheet. One of the most interesting part of this app is that you're the only one that can add or remove administrators. To add administrators, click the gear icon of the specific sheet you wish to add people, then click "Add Administrators".

Almost the same process as adding administrators, click the gear icon of the specific sheet you wish to add people, then click "Manage Employees"

To know if your employees have accepted or pend your request is easy. If they're yet to accept your request, the employee's card will show a pale red background with a text saying Waiting for acceptance. And if they've accepted your request, the same card will show a pale green background. This will differentiate between pending and accepted requests

No you can't. You can only add users on our server

Yes it is very possible. All you need to do is click the download button in the "Employees Report" page, and the app will automatically generate a .CSV file containing your Decrypted Data. This CSV file can be viewed as Spreadsheet or Excel File

For your report sheet to expire, it takes 31 days . We advice exporting your data before it expires, otherwise you will start the processing of adding data again and again.
